SM KING Predictions (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website smkingpredictions.com and the mobile app “SM KING fastest matka results” (the “Service”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.

Account & Authentication Data

  • Email address and profile information when you sign up using email (Firebase Auth).

Phone number

  • Phone number when you sign up using phone (via third-party OTP API) — only if you voluntarily provide it.

Device & Usage Data

  • Device model, operating system, app version, and usage analytics (screens visited, features used) to improve the service.

Installed Applications & Device Signals (Sensitive)

  • We may collect a list of installed applications and certain device signals used for fraud detection and ad optimization only after you give explicit in-app consent (Prominent Disclosure + affirmative action). If you decline, such data will not be collected.

Cookies & Local Storage (Website)

  • We use cookies and local storage on the website for session management and preferences.

2. How we use the data

We use collected information for:

  • Providing and maintaining the Service and user accounts.

  • Displaying and delivering advertisements and optimizing ad experience (when you consent).

  • Fraud detection and prevention.

  • Analytics and app improvement.

  • Complying with legal obligations.

3. Advertising partners & sharing

We use third-party ad networks and mediation partners including Google/AdMob, Unity Ads, ironSource, InMobi (via AdMob mediation). These partners may process device signals and may receive certain non-personal or personal data for ad serving, targeting and fraud prevention — only with your explicit consent where required.
If you decline consent, we will only show non-personalized ads (AdMob non-personalized ad units).

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Consent & Prominent Disclosure

Before collecting or transmitting installed apps list or other sensitive device signals, we will present an in-app Prominent Disclosure explaining:

  • what data is collected,

  • why we collect it, and

  • who it will be shared with.

You must give affirmative consent (e.g., check a box + tap “I AGREE”) before such data collection or before third-party SDKs are initialized. If you decline, we will not initialize third-party ad SDKs that collect such data and will serve non-personalized AdMob ads instead.

5. How to withdraw or change consent

You can change or withdraw your consent anytime from the app: Settings → Privacy (or similar). On withdrawal, we will stop collecting the sensitive data and will stop initializing the corresponding SDKs for your device.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. Consent records are retained for compliance purposes.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. Children

Our Service is not intended for children under [13 / local minimum age]. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
